I just woke up from a vivid dream, opened my eyes to the darkness and said, "I'm bored." Being in bed had become boring to me somehow, and I felt I couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up. I had a very interesting dream that I had to get down.
I've lost most of it except for this last part. I'm in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart the same size as the one in Kennewick. My dad and my sister are there, as if we'd just gone grocery shopping. We're in the parking lot in the same row that lines up with the left entrance. I'm facing the left entrance. A girl walks out of the store. She has beautiful, long, darker blonde hair with a slight twirl to the ends. She walks slowly towards us as if we had all been shopping together... the expression on her face is like she had something amusing to tell us. I realize who she is. She's the girl I had a huge crush on in high school when we were in West Side Story together. Her name is Kim.
The dream moves forward in a brief blur, where I find myself facing the other direction, maybe walking towards a car, but walking. Then I see a medium sized, short haired black dog running around the parking lot. I could recognize the breed if I were to see another dog like it. Floppy ears, rounder shaped head. I get the dog to come to me because I know it's lost. That's when I see a big bone shaped tag hanging from the dog's collar, but the strange thing is that I could read what it said in my dream. I was like, "Hey dad, there's an address!" 4107 S. Market street, Prosser... I know for sure that it was either 2107 or 4107 and I know it was from Prosser. I'm not entirely sure about market street. That's the problem with dreams. You have to be in the habit of remembering them, or they fade from memory quickly.
Whoa. Surge of electricity through my mind as I check mapquest with the information from my dream. Market street in Prosser actually exists. It's parallel to a court street and a main street, except there is no 4107. So I check for 107 anything it looks like the street starts at 600.
What does it mean? Why am I wide awake so early?
Am I supposed to go to Market street in Prosser?
