Dear Kari

PDA/Vegan Paradox

Dear Kari,

This morning I had a realization that people with serious demand avoidance could hypothetically be resistant to vegan activism.

Vegan activism that fails to address neurodivergent issues might be considered unintentionally ableist.

I ask myself, "what if I had strong moral convictions, but demand avoidance forced me to act against my own morality?" If that's a possibility for DA people, I would feel horrified.

How many people could this be happening to?

I changed my mind in accordance with these concepts, and felt humbled again by how little I knew.

I have to keep learning. I was in the Matrix.
